Leading up to the halftime break, Albert won the ball just outside the 18-yard box, dribbling past a defender before firing a lofted ball into the back of the net over the Montpellier goalkeeper. It was the 20-year-old midfielder's second goal for the Parisian club.

Albert truly announced herself as a starting XI contender under both interim boss Twila Kilgore and incoming USWNT coach Emma Hayes after a phenomenal W Gold Cup performance earlier this year. She started five out of six matches for the U.S. en-route to claiming the inaugural trophy of the tournament.

She's also become a regular for PSG in both the D1 Arkema and the UEFA Champions League, a competition where she netted her first-ever professional goal in last December. The Parisians are currently competing in the European competition, looking to advance to the semifinals of the tournament this coming week. They sit second in the league, trailing leaders Lyon by seven points.
